Since 2014, Bruce has helped many families and investors, joined the local board of REALTORS®, became a member of the Keller Willams office Leadership Counsel, and started a Young professionals committee to support the leadership development in his office. In Bruce’s first 3 years selling residential homes, he averaged 37 homes closed per year. Having established himself as a high-performing agent, he focused his effort on investment properties, land development, and custom builds, which served to bolster his already aggressive deal production. More recently Bruce has supported the acquisition and sales of larger investment projects.
